Yesterday, I dropped a bundle to FedEx an envelope of documents to Montreal. Actually, it was only about US$30 but the envelope was skinny. I have to keep telling myself that I'm paying for the convenience of sending it quickly and reliably. At any rate, no shopping for me until I have all my grad school stuff out of the way.
(Let's see if I can keep that promise, LOL.)
(Oh, and I have to fund the electric bill for the condo, too. I'm annoyed about that but shouldn't be because I'm partly responsible for the electricity consumption anyway.)
In lighter news, I came across
the Six-Word Motto for the US Contest on the Freakonomics blog. The suggestions (in the comments) are hilarious. Maybe we should think of six-word mottos for the Hogwarts Houses, too! :D
I'll see if I can think of some, but in the meantime, I have work and RP to do ;) But before I go,
Happy Birthday,
herquiethands!
Have a good one, and a happy, rewarding year ahead! Go Ateneo!
