Do you train alone at home? Are you a member of a gym and train exclusively there? Or do you have some delicious combination of both going on?
Also, what are some advantages and disadvantages of your current training situation?
For my self, I train at home, mostly by myself. I would say I like the wide open space, music of my taste and working out doubles as time alone, which I really enjoy.
I feel there are a few things I could benefit from becoming a member of the gym again. For one, I would have a plethora of potential spotters, I could have access to some of the cable exercises and it seems at times, the gym experience can bring about some humor,perspective and impressive feats.
Overall I'm happy to train at home.
