1. What is your preferred method for counting and tracking calories, and how do you stay motivated to do it? I do it for maybe a day or two and then can't be bothered, and I would like to speed up my very slow process of losing fat.
2. I hear it's hard to make strength gains while cutting, but there will come a point when I would like to start getting stronger. Do you eat to maintain then, or eat as if you're bulking? Obviously this doesn't matter so much to me now, but I'm curious.
3. I am finally getting some sessions with a trainer so I can learn how to do deadlifts (I don't follow pictures or videos particularly well). I've been hanging around this community for 1.5 years and working out in a gym for almost two. How lame am I? That's kind of a rhetorical question, but I'm sure someone will enjoy answering it anyway...haha.
