I have reluctantly started doing body pump classes
i am a bit of a cardio junkie and my body fat percentage is pretty low so its getting to the point where i am just going to burn muscle off rather than fat if i dont do some muscular endurance/strength training
but i have come across a problem
the muscle groups i am meant to be working are not aching or feeling as if they are working but my back is killing me!
especially in when working the legs doing squats and lunges with the weights and the triple rows
i am pretty sure my form is right but this says other wise
can any experienced weight lifters shed some light on this?
