MONDAY [02/28/11] FOOD LOG
I definitely would not recommend skipping lunch and I didn't do it on purpose. I truly don't know what happened but Monday's eating pattern is an example of what not to do if you like your metabo revved up.
BREAKFAST - Kashi honey almond flax w/almond milk [256 calories]
SNACK 1 - skipped... :/
Bad, very bad...
LUNCH - skipped!
Jo being bad... part deux.
SNACK 2 - D'anjour pear & extra sugarfree gum [110 calories]
I love D'anjour pears. So, so good. I also love a good Bosc pear when I can get it at a good price.
DINNER - Pounded yam in homemade spinach & tomato/red pepper stew [812 calories]
Do I have to tell you it's another Nigerian dish? :-) So yummy! It's sort of like having mashed potatoes with spinach but 10x better!! 812 calories at dinner is what happens when you skip lunch. Oh well, Tuesday is another day :)
