MONDAY [02/28/11] FOOD LOG
I definitely would not recommend skipping lunch and I didn't do it on purpose. I truly don't know what happened but Monday's eating pattern is an example of what not to do if you like your metabo revved up.

Sometimes it happens (skipping lunch)..... don't beat yourself up about it. Seems like you are on the right track with eating : )

I loved your food entries. Always interesting to see how someone eats and it's also nice to learn new stuff. Like new combinations or new ingredients. I haven't seen recent post of yours. Is this right or am I missing something again?
