SUNDAY [02/27/11] FOOD LOG
BREAKFAST - Oatmeal in almond milk with berries [243 calories]
The day started off innocently enough. I speed microwaved my oatmeal, hoped in my ride and ate on the drive to church (no worries, I wasn't the one driving). I attended the late service because I like to sleep in so the oatmeal held me from 12PM - 2PM. Excellent!
SNACK 1 - Kashi honey almond flax bar & a piece of candy [165 calories]
Not too bad...
DUNCH - [a bazillion calories]
This is where it all starts to fail... I was famished by the time lunch/dinner (hence Dunch) time rolled around because after church I got distracted shopping and hanging out that I didn't eat my usual every 2-3 hours. Since we were out (my sisters, her friend and I) decided to stop at Country Kitchen for a quick bite. Oh noes! So I'll warn you again...
WARNING - IF YOU ARE EASILY TEMPTED BY BAD FOOD STOP SCROLLING NOW... THIS IS ME UNDER THE INFLUENCE (of siblings not alcohol, lol) AND FEELING GOOD ABOUT NOT HAVING CHEATED SINCE JANUARY 21st, SO I WAS BEING VERY BAD!!! I LIED ON YESTERDAY'S DINNER POST THIS IS THE ULTIMATE CHEAT MEAL. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

First I ate some fried chicken tenders, out of 5 I ate 2 and shared the other 3 with my companions, phew. But then I ate a majority of my fries... and dove into that gorgeous honey mustard sauce.
And then I ate half of my sister's burger and some of her fries...
After that it was over... I proceeded to eat 2 buttermilk pancakes that I drenched in at least 1/2 cup of butter pecan syrup.
And then there was the extra plate of fries just sitting there staring at me so I dabbled in some of that too. And it was goooooood! So crispy and crunchy. Yummy, yum, yum!
As you can see (by the pictures) I was very conscious of what I was doing so I won't even cry about it. I enjoyed myself and when Monday rolled around I started working my arse off to make up for being bad. But I will say this... DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!!
SNACK 2 - Edy's fruit bar [70 calories]
When I got home I was so full I just sat around watching movies and digesting. Then 4 hours before bed I had a fruit bar.
THE END! This is a day I never want to repeat. I was such a glutton! I think January 21st to February 27th was too long to go without cheating and I snapped... "a little" :p
