I haven't had a bagel in 8 months so I satisfied a craving but omg! It's a carb killer! And a waste of calories but I already knew that which was why I stayed away for so long. Oh, you delicious useless meal...

LUNCH - Brown rice, beans, fish and banana [542 calories]
SNACK 2 - Chobani Greek yogurt blueberry [140 calories]
DINNER - Piggy chops w/spinach, baked sweet potato & snow peas [325 calories]
