FRIDAY [03/04/11] VISUAL FOOD LOG

BREAKFAST - Oatmeal w/strawberries [245 calories]
Back to basics... I love oatmeal for breakfast. And I am so proud that I killed my brown sugar habit, now it's wholesome all the way.



SNACK 1 - Stacy's multigrain pita chips [140 calories]
This is my go to salty, crunchy snack. It is so good!!


LUNCH - P90X: Puree of Asparagus soup w/english muffin pizza [427 calories]
I heart this soup so much!! It was my favorite soup to make when I did round 1 of the X and I still love it this time around. Thank you, Tony Horton.


Gotta have my wheat crackers tossed in there...

Crackers: oh no, we're drowning!
My Belly: don't worry I'll save ya. Sending the life raft now.
*insert spoon, scoop and eat* Get. In. My. Belly! Lol. "I'm a big kid now" :p

Turkey pepperoni is love.


SNACK 2 - Kashi Roasted Almond Granola Bar [170 calories]
This has such a deliciously satisfying crunch and taste it's hard to believe it's "7-whole grains on a mission" GOOD for you :p


DINNER - Coconut rice & veggies w/grilled chicken [536 calories]
My brother, the chef, made this dish and though I'm staying away from white wheat products, I just couldn't resist. Delicious!
