Well since I screwed up my achilles tendon last Friday I also screwed my renewed workout schedule. Now I've pushed my restart date back to October 1st since I have no other choice. Unless I want to be stupid and work out injured like I did Friday (day of the sprain). In my defense though I didn't know how badly injured I was then but still I should have been wiser and just called it a day. I have no idea what my deal is when it comes to that as this isn't the first time I've worked out on a serious injury. Yes, I am stupid! One workout for one day and I'm out a whole month. Go figure, that should teach me not to be so stupid next time...
