REST DAY

FOOD LOG:
(2 slim formula pills)
1 BAGEL
2 tbsp smart balance BUTTER
50 ml WATER

(2 slim formula pills)
240 ml strawberry-kiwi PROPEL fit-water
SALAD; (MIXED GREENS, 1 hardboiled egg white, 5 sliced MUSHROOMS, 1 tbsp diced TOMATOES, 1 small ASPARAGUS stalk, 2 tbsp ITALIAN vinaigrette dressing, 2 thin CUCUMBER slices)
1 cup BROWN RICE
1 cup SPINACH w/ TOMATO sauce
3oz GOAT meat
1/3 cup KASHI GRANOLA
3 Pepperidge Farm HARVEST WHEAT crackers

(2 slim formula pills)
2 RIBS (6oz pork)
1/3 cup BROCCOLI w/ CHEESE (1 tsp) and POTATOES (1 tbsp)
1 cup APPLE JUICE
1/3 cup CRAB MEAT (in butter/pepper sauce)
1/3 cup mashed POTATOES w/GRAVY (2 tbsp)

1/2 cup CARVEL; vanilla ice cream CAKE (1 tbsp chocolate crispies)
