WORKOUT - Slim in 6: Start it up
DURATION - Approx. 25 minutes

FOOD LOG:
(2 slim formula pills)
1/2 cup 2% MILK
1 cup SMART START cereal

1 HOT DOG
1 slice WHOLE WHEAT bread
1/4 tsp MUSTARD
1/3 tsp KETCHUP

(2 slim formula pills)
500 ml WATER
TURKEY SANDWICH; (2 slices WHOLE WHEAT bread, 1 tbsp YOGURT ranch dressing, 7 slices TURKEY deli meat, 2 leaves Romaine LETTUCE, 2 slices TOMATOES, 1 slice PROVOLONE cheese)
1/4 cup KASHI GRANOLA
3 Pepperidge Farm HARVEST WHEAT crackers
2 cups WATERMELON cubed

1 cup DOLE FRUIT in gel
1/2 cup COUSCOUS w/ SCRAMBLED egg beater EGGS

2 HOT DOGS
2 slices WHOLE WHEAT bread
2/4 tsp MUSTARD
2/3 tsp KETCHUP
1/2 cup APPLE JUICE

1 tbsp KASHI GRANOLA
2 Pepperidge Farm HARVEST WHEAT crackers
