2 1/2 cup rice (shrimp, asparagus, green beans)
1 cup orange juice
100 cal chocolate chip cookies
8 multi-grain crackers
8 oz water

10:30 AM (breakfast)
1 bagel
2 tbsp butter
1 cup Naked smoothie

1:35 PM (snack)
1/4 cup craisins
12 multi-grain crackers

5:50 PM (dinner)
2 hot dogs
2 hot dog buns (potato bread)
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp ketchup
1 capri sun (pacific cooler)

11:35 PM (snack)
1/2 cup edamames
8 oz water
