7 Week Challenge Day -1 [start week 1]

Right-o I'm off to a promising start. The first day of the challenge and I missed my workout... here's to hoping there are no more days like today.

12:10 AM (breakfast)
1 bagel
2 tbsp smart balance butte
1 cup "naked" smoothie
1/4 cup craisins

1:35 PM (lunch)
1 cup yam (cubed)
2 egg beater eggs
 - scrambled with onions/tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp sardine
1 1/2 cup orange juice

7:40 PM (snack)
1 cup pretzel stix

9:15 PM (dinner)
2 cups white rice
1/2 cup tomato stew
4 oz beef (baked)
1 cup orange juice + 1/2 cup cranberry + 1/4 cup apple juice

10:30 PM (snack)
100 cal Oreos
8 oz water

challenge: 7 week, workout: lazy day
