Been slacking off for about 20 weeks now and it's paid off! I've gained 5 Ibs and now I'm back at 150. God I hate this... will I ever just stick it out to reach the goal? Geez, I feel like such a loser! I think it's time to finally start reading the piles and heaps of SELF magazine that's decorating the shelves in my room. I need recipes, motivation, inspiration and determination! Next week I plan on starting a new regime where I make it as easy as possible to avoid the foods that cancels out all the hard work I do physically. I need snacks, quick fix but healthy meal options, etc. And if I'm really craving or dying from junk food withdrawal I will allow one day to cheat and eat whatever I want. But only for one meal and one snack, the whole day shouldn't be wasted on junk. We wouldn't want to backtrack the progress. So here's the proposed plan...
The 7 Week Challenge (beginning October 21, 2007)
Long term goal: lose 21 Ibs by December 9, 2007
Short term goal: lose 3 Ibs/week
Logs: caloric intake (wherever possible) & workout (including time of day and length)
Stay on track: by keeping a journal documenting everything I eat (no matter how small the portion, even gum)
Allowances: for every 6 workouts I am allowed one day of cheating (one meal/one snack)
Reward: if successful my gift to myself is to purchase Hip Hop Abs
Workouts: 4 weeks of Turbo Jam & 3 weeks of Slim in 6
Calories: eat a meal consisting of 1600 - 1700 calories/week
workout: slim in 6,
workout: turbo jam
