Ok, so the good news is that I am now and in fact have always been covered by the school insurance. The person who said they couldn't find my file was wrong. They found it and I have continuous coverage. Now I just need to get an ident card. No idea on how long that will take, but I've got a policy number and phone number to call for ( Read more... )

I realised, toward the end of last semester, that even though I had paid my part, and the College of Liberal Arts had paid their part, of my university health insurance premiums, I had never received my card in the mail.
