It's hard to beleive that next week this time I'll probably be sitting at twondo's place (as defined by the longest residence) bullshitting again. 7 days... shit this week is gonna be hard.
For all interested I'm having lordkamel picking me up from the airport on Sunday morning(6am). My plan from there is some breakfast, either Perkin's or IHOP. All are welcome... I'd like to see all y'alls faces again.
Last Thursday we filled out our dream sheets in class. I ended up requesting Yakuzaka(Japan), Norfolk, and Pearl Harbor in that order. My thoughts on the matter were that there are no billets anywhere near home for first enlistments so why not go somewhere different. The only thing is that where we go is determined by the navy's needs and so I may end up anywhere.
So, two weeks at home, minus the obvious (Christmas, New Year's) I'm only committed for two days (Wednesday and Sunday of my first week home). I would like to check out The Shout House in Minneapolis. Any ideas on other time fillers?
