"I'm sick of this heat and
I'm sick of the flack
And I'm sick that nothing can ever be planned
'cause I miss my life like I miss your eyes
I'm right by your side
a fire in the night
burning so bright
it happened so fast
at the speed of light
We looked, we leaped
we weren't waitin' to see
What wishes would last when light
Would leave
I am so ready for the winter. I think I may have SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder). I say this jokingly because I think I have this in reverse. During the fall and winter I feel revived, content and creative. The cold air blowing the fallen leaves. I know the trees in the mid-west and northern United States are breathtaking with their fall colors. The smell after a rain storm. The crispness of the air. Jack frost nippin' at your nose? Jack frost is my friend. I think I need to be living in either Seattle, Chicago, Alaska or London. Also being a BIG hairy bear type that is hot natured, I crave the cold. Guess I have way too much furr and insulation? Do you feel like the seasons and exposure to (or there lack of) sunlight affect your moods?
