It's not the Guinness I need, actually... it's the pub songs. Having been without for a couple weeks, I'm well overdue.

Tonight it's Tony in Carlsbad.

Tomorrow has Tony playing at the Harp in OB and the O'Brien Brothers at Dublin Square in downtown. Yeah, tough choice there considering how much I enjoying dealing with downtown. Tony it shall be.

My tolerance for stupid this week has long since been exhausted. I'm in desperate need of a night or two of craic. Probably three but lets start with two and go from there.

Tonight (Thursday), I'm going to be up in Carlsbad for Tony's O'Sullivan's show. Then Friday will be another round of The O'Brien Brothers down at Dublin Square.

A few months ago I posted rumor I'd heard from Tony that the O'Brien brothers would be returning to San Diego as a prelude to moving back. When I posted about the O'Briens coming back I wasn't clear on the nature of their visit. Honestly, all the info I had was that they were going to be in San Diego for a bit starting in June/July.

I got word from Tony on Thursday night that the O'Brien Brothers are looking to return to San Diego some time around June or July.

Since they're both coming back, I'm thinking they're probably planning on performing again. While a little premature, I'd guess Gallagher's as a likely target venue.
