Timeline for JIB6 preparation and ordering. All times are ROME time.

Day 1 - June 14, 2014:
14:00 Pass sales open to previous attendees. Application process is via email request.
14:09 514 emails in the 1st second. [Note there are roughly 800 passes total that are available.]
14:30 Pass sales open to all.
21:40 Still process emails sent at 14:00. All APs assigned. Almost all Demon passes assigned.
Day 2 - June 15, 2014:
00:46 JIB staff finally reached emails sent at 14:09 (after over nine hours of processing). [Notice the staff is now working past midnight and have been on the job for 10 hours]
03:18 All Angel, Demon, Sinner passes have been assigned. Half of Hunter passes assigned. Still 458 emails to check.
03:20 Calling it a night after 13 hours of work.
-- Break to sleep, attend to RL, etc. --
18:41 All available passes assigned. Double checking for accuracy.
18:55 They received more than 500 emails exceeding total available places.
21:31 Announced “sorry” emails will go out tomorrow morning.
21:31 Will be 4-5 more days to send emails with final booking details to those who got passes.
Day 3 - June 16, 2014:
12:30 All “sorry” emails have been sent out
15:30 Emails being sent to those who got passes. In order of Angle, Demon, Sinner, Hunter.
16:02 All Angel pass emails sent out.
16:54 All Demon pass emails sent out
17:13 All Sinner & Hunter pass emails sent out
[So approximately 48 hours after passes go on sale, applicants learn whether they got a pass or not.]
Day 4 - June 17, 2014:
13:19 Announcing a guest poll coming soon.
Day 9 - June 22, 2014:
14:31 Announcement that all payment emails have been prepared and will go out the next day.
Day 10 - June 23, 2014:
12:44 All Angel and Demon pass payment emails have been sent. Sinner and Hunter payment emails will go out the next day.
Day 12 - June 25, 2014:
01:03 All payment emails have been sent.
Day 14 - June 27, 2014:
15:22 Announcement that Hilton Rome Airport hotel booking links will open on July 1st.
Day 15 - June 28, 2014:
15:48 Guest selection poll opens for JIB6 attendees to vote for their preferred guests.
Day 17 - June 30, 2014:
10:58 Announcement that Jared, Jensen, and Misha solo photo ops will go on sale on July 12th at 3:00 pm Rome time.
Day 18 - July 1, 2014:
10:00 Rome Airport Hilton room bookings open. Triple occupancy rooms (40 total) sell out quickly. Singles and doubles will likely be available for months based on past history.
Day 29 - July 12, 2014:
15:00 Solo photo ops for Jared, Jensen, and Misha go on sale. [6:00 am my time)
15:05 Daniela tweets that they received over 300 emails in the first second for the single photo ops for Jared, Jensen, and Misha.
18:22 I receive a confirmation email that JIB has received my email and will let me know in 4-5 days if I was successful in getting my requested photo ops.
18:45 Update: as of this time, we have still not yet heard which seat numbers we have been assigned.
19:03 After 3 hours of work, Daniela tweets she is still working through the photo op emails received at 3:00 pm with no end in site.
Day 30 - July 13, 2014:
00:21 After about 9 hours, Daniela tweets that there are only 250 emails left to process.
07:14 After about 16 hours, Daniela confirms all Jared, Jensen, and Misha photo ops and autographs are taken and that she is going to bed.
12:00 Announcement that emails will shortly be going out over next 24 hours to those who did not get any of their requests
18:20 Tweet that all emails have been sent to those who did not get any of the photo ops or autographs they requested (for Jared, Jensen, Misha).
