Day 4 - June 28th
Today was the first full day at St Anne's. We toured the library here on campus & later took our oath at the Bodleian not to set fire to anything. It was a very ornate building & I'm sure I'll see it many times in the next few weeks. I know my way well enough now that I acted as a guide for someone who needed the bus station or currency exchange, etc. Now I just need to learn the significance of the sites, and I'll be set.
We also had our first lecture. I remember a lot from the intellectual history class, but it's too bad I apparently threw those notes away. I think all the reading will be a challenge for me, but the subjects look appealing.
