What a week this last week has been. I've been pretty much bedridden for a week now, stoned on painkillers and enduring more pain than I could really handle. WTF Friends Page?! Part 2
Still no "Previous 25 entries" link on the third page of my Friends Page. If I try to manually edit the URL it simply comes up blank (there's a page, but there's no entries). WTF Friends Page?!
When the hell did LiveJournal start limiting my friends page to 3 pages? I've been so scattered that I've only been able to sit down every few weeks, so "missing" all those posts is very disturbing. Seriously?
Soooo, it's been a long day, 12+ hours of scraping popcorn ceilings, up and down a ladder. I can hardly feel my right palm, arm or shoulder. I'm stubborn so I ended up staying until 3:30am to finish up a room. Should've stopped way earlier, but at least now I can leave, get breakfast and take a shower after my long drive.

Crazy Vibrant Dream
This may not be entirely coherent because I just woke up from one of the most vivid and disturbing dreams of my life. My heart is still pounding and I want to remember as many details as I can so I'm writing them down before I forget too much.

Left Holding the Bag
I don't regret helping people, especially those in need. I don't regret turning out my pockets to do so, money is a means to an end. But to be lied to, used, and then left holding the bag because that person is unwilling to meet their obligations really, really sucks ( Read more... ) -
Car Woes
What's better than limping to the repair shop, having to jump start the car several times in morning traffic and then spending a couple hundred bucks to get belts replaced and other basic maintenance done? Stalling out a week later on I-75, 4 times before I could drop the car off at the shop to spend another $500. And what's better than that? ( Read more... ) -
An Example of OCD
I frequently joke about being OCD. I believe everyone is actually to some degree, it's all a matter of degree. And after catching a few episodes of Hoarders (and that other show focusing specifically on OCD, Obsession? Compulsion? by Calvin Klein?), I'm happy to say I'm in no way a dysfunctional OCD type. But sometimes it really shines through.
