It seems I need less sleep than I've been getting. More and more, I see that the less I sleep, the better I feel and the better I am able to work. I'm starting to see that I need 4-5 hours/day of sleep, and when I start going over that, I feel like crap and my productivity plummets. Anyway, four hours
