Mmm....garlic breath!

After reunion food this weekend, we needed something lighter and ahem, healthier.  I quickly sauteed some of the leftover veggies (that didn't get eaten at reunion...I wonder why) and seasoned with a little salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and of course, lots of garlic.  I served it over some mini ravioli.  We ate it with some of the leftover pizza dough that I spiced up with salt, pepper, and rosemary and then grilled.  Yummy!

Really...I will remember to photograph this some day...it looked awesome too.
