Chook-sitting
Well house-sitting chooks is probably less cruel ;) 5 full sized egg laying chooks of 3 different varieties one being Leg Bars apparently.
This morning the green woodpecker was looking at me through the kitchen window. They like making holes in the lawn. Just a phone pic sadly.
And in the evening a thunder and lightning storm passed from the IoW NE over East Anglia and gave us all the rain the gardens needed so much :) Great light show too, but I don't know how to make my camera do long exposures...it must be able to do them surely!
