Wow, I just had a chat with a girl that I went to college with. She and I left the school back in 2001. She told me that she just re-enrolled and will be starting classes on Monday.

Well, after studying about tonics, dominants, triads, circle of fifths, and quadruple compound meter, my professor decided not to give us a final. He likes to keep the audience guessing by not resolving his music at the end of his pieces, so I guess, not giving a final should not have come as such a big surprise. I have a midterm tomorrow in my Music class and a final in that class next Thursday (9 days). The pace of the class picked up at the end of the first week, so I didn't remain bored for too long. I found out this morning that none of the classes I have taken at Mt. Sierra College are transferable. That's because Mt. Sierra College is not accredited. Well, they are accredited through ACCSCT (Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology), but College of the Canyons doesn't recognize that accreditation.
