The manager just slid a letter under the front door. It seems like we have an inspection of our suite on Saturday. This has got to be the first inspection that I don't have to spring clean for. The apartment looks pretty good as it is right now. The bathroom needs normal cleaning, but that's it.

The husband has been fed, the dishes are done, and the kitchen has been cleaned. Now it's time to take off my pants and relax.

Oh my goodness! Shame on me. Bad, Greg! It has almost been an entire month since I last posted.

I finished up cleaning the bathroom and re-caulking the tub and shower. Yay! The vacuuming, dusting, and the laundry will have to wait until tomorrow. I didn't quite get everything done on this long weekend, but at least I'll have everything done this week ( Read more... )

I completed the removal of the old peeling silicone around the tub and shower. I also cleaned the whole area with soap and water to allow for a good hold of the new caulking. I'm taking a break while the area dries ( Read more... )

I'm poo-diddly pooped!

I've been scrubbing and cleaning the apartment and I'm all worn out.

Removing the old silicone around the bathtub/shower is a slow process...and messy too. I have most of it removed, but I don't think I'll be able to finish it tonight.

Making a list of things I need to do this weekend.

• Clean the dishes
• Clean the stove
• Clean the oven
• Clean the kitchen sink and counter-top
• Clean the kitchen floor
