the scenery is everything
The south side of my house is crawling with those oragney lady bugs that aren't technically lady bugs, and the air outside is just filled with them. This happens every year on days like this; the last warm days of fall when the leaves on the trees around the yard are all yellowy and the light has a kind of golden glow to it. And, even though it happens every year, it's still totally bizarre to see.
