Lacey and I broke up a few days ago. In all honesty, it was for the best. We'd grown apart as people, and are both still very young and inexperienced, especially to be considering marriage. Well, this has been an interesting few days. Lacey and I went down to Kentucky (where nobody knows how to drive) to camp at a place called Big Bear Resort. Went mushroom hunting this previous weekend.  It was so dry, there were hardly any mushrooms up at all.  Only found 10 total.  4 of them went home with Karen, my Aikido sensei (she helped me look for them).  We'll need a really good bout of rain to wake up those shrooms...and it looks like we'll get it this week.  Hooray for rain!

Just getting over some really heinous allergies. Why is it that the plants I love most (trees) produce the pollen that gives me the worst allergies? Who knows. He was a bit pretentious with just a pinch of asshole thrown into the mix, but he was WAY preferable to the confusing idiot with bad english.
