The lad and I were working on creating multiplication flashcards today, filling in the answers on the back with a calculator (I didn't object, since the idea was just to get the cards created). Today when I was helping out at the school, the class was working on making Chinese dragons cut out of paper. I had a very hard time not telling them, "I said consumate Vs! Consumate!".

Yesterday I was working with Tyrone on addition. It took him a while to get into it but he finally did. At one point, though, he started getting squirley and started veering off on random topics. Tyrone and I were reading a story the other day. There was an illustration with a monkey saying, "Help!" in a speech bubble.
