Ha, she fell asleep. She's lying across the short part of the PnP, which means that her head is kind of pressed up against one side and her little foot is propped up on the opposite side's netting. Her sleep is kind of jacked up, as she's been conking out overnight and taking late naps, but it's been good (sleeping till 8:30 = win!).

Speaking of win, my husband is definitely made of it, as he was a huge asset in the April 2nd meeting. Funniest exchange:

ME: Is there supposed to be a door between the flex space and the master suite?

CHRIS [developer's rep]: There was a pivot door originally designed, but since pivot doors take a higher level of skill than we generally have onsite, the house that's being built right now doesn't have a door.

WES: The opening isn't really framed well for a swing door. What other options do we have?

CHRIS: Well, I can look into the pivot door, and some other houses have a sliding "barn" door.

JOHN [our realtor]: What about a pocket door?

CHRIS: We don't do pocket doors.

WES: There's a pocket door right there *points to bathroom door*.

CHRIS: I - er - uh - these aren't my marked up drawings!

That turned out to be true - he had taken the pocket door out of the drawing set that was out for final approval with the easement people, but it was still on the ones we were working with.

I don't know what's going on on LOST, but I like it. I am probably in the minority in enjoying last week's Nikki and Paulo ep more for its story development than this one's. I have my reasons. I did appreciate the character development in this one, although Juliet is much more of a mystery to me now.

Weather in DC is cold! Augh! It's going to be hard to go back, but I am itching to get the move scheduled and going forward (not least because then I can get tix to Maine). So everything will go very very fast from now on.

Ok, back to work.
