(no subject)
In San Antonio. Things going basically well, even though it was a harder adjustment for Baby Girl. She did well on the plane, but only had 40 minutes of nap on the way to the airport. She got a little bored and was up well past her bedtime on Saturday, but slept fine overnight. She was tired again at naptime today but woke up after an hour and apparently forgot where she was, as she screamed out for us and wanted to cuddle with me for a long time after I came and got her. She had five to six people trying to get her attention all day and tell her what to do and offer her things, so I think that was pretty overwhelming. So she was fussy sometimes and wiggly others, and didn't really settle down and have a good day until we got to dinner. She was thrilled to be dipping chips into the salsa and stuffed herself with Mexican food! Then she got to come home with just me and Wes, and played nicely and went down for bed smoothly.
Caught up on friendslist, which was an odd mix of sad/stressed and mundane today. I wanted to do more on Snarkfest (nice joke yall) but didn't have the time after making sure this laptop will work to do my job later this week.
Tomorrow: Austin! Right now: ibuprofen and sleeeeeep.
