Normally, I can be really smug, dismissive, and snarky about the superficiality of the fashion industry, but sometimes I can really see where a designer achieves that “art” in clothing that so many bandy about as if it had significance.  It does happen every now and again, in ways that seem… I don’t know, legitimizing somehow.
