On a received fax:

"To whom it may concern -

Please email or fax me a copy of 's 1099 tax form for .

Please also include instructions as to how to read the 1099 along with the actual 1099 so that I can make sure that I understand it correctly.

Thank you,

"

okay.... so a financial adviser, the person that someone else goes to for advise on what to do with their money.... can't read a form that was designed BY THE GOVERNMENT to disclose to people EXACTLY how much of their money is taxable. Man, if I could write this person a reply, it would sound an awful lot like...

"Dear Moron,

If you are a financial adviser, as you claim to be, you should know how to read, and therefore can understand the portions of the 1099 form that say 'TAXABLE' and 'NON-TAXABLE'. You can either have your instructions on how to read, or your Financial Advisory License, but not both.

Signed,

Me."

What bothers me more is this person probably makes more money in one week, not reading, then I do in six weeks, reading to them.
