Blatent abuse of privledge
I just got off the horn with a call that lasted 40 minutes.
That's right...... 40 minutes! The cause, she had an old statement that had a Yearly total on her distributions, and she feared that that money was still in the account.
So after I tell this lady SEVEN TIMES that it's for tax purposes only, as it says ON THE STATEMENT!!!!
