N.E.W.T.s were just around the corner and Dari was completely freaking out. Of course, this was easily predicted by anyone who knew her well at all, and Jeremy had surprised her not long ago with a picnic lunch. It had taken a bit of convincing, but eventually her books had been pushed to the side and she'd agreed to a short break. Partly because she knew he wasn't going to take no for an answer.
She had to admit it was nice, though, however reluctant the break had been. She was resting against him, munching happily on a cucumber sandwich (without crust, of course) and, for the moment, her mind wasn't on how she was surely going to fail all of her N.E.W.T.s. Which, she thought, had probably been part of his plan all along.
