I will tell you that I have worked out every single day this week, and twice yesterday since I went to class last night after my workout.

My lower body stopped hurting finally, but i can already tell I will be lucky to lift my arms to play the harp at the wedding tomorrow, never mind actually getting the harp in and out of the car.

Damn.
