First post of the year
I'm sitting here at home, still groggy, though I did sleep in. I wish I could sleep some more. We made our resolutions. Mine is to read more books and to write more. I suppose I should make it something more grand, but I won't. I've made more in my own mind, but I will keep those for a private post.
Our place is a mess. Since I haven't been cleaning up. I've mostly just been keeping things straightened and urging the men in my life to throw out their own trash. Yes, I still have to tell them to do that. They seem incapable of doing it on their own. Even if they had the trash bin right beside them, they would throw it on the coffee table. It's maddening, but what can I do.
The doll store called. My Harry Potter doll is in. We're to pick him up tomorrow, since that's the first day they'll be open this year.
Things I need:
New glasses. I need this one badly. I've put this off for a long time. Way longer than I should. My current glasses are so out of date, I can't really see properly with them, so I am going to resolve to get an eye appointment and order some new glasses. I've been wearing glasses since grade 5 and I still to this day resent that I have to wear them at all.
Storage boxes.
To do.
Organize comics again.
Clean place from top to bottom.
