Last day of the year
Happy New Year.
My finally total for fiction this year was low, but I'm happy that I managed to write anything at all considering how much up heave I experienced in real life. I did of course manage to write more freak4ever. I haven't done a word count for the year yet. I will soon.
Fiction 2007
I'm happy I still have my family healthy and happy. Though today I received some sad family news. I'm always the last to know it seems. I did get a call, letting me know that my cousin, who has been sick for a while, was to be taken off life support today. It seems the first thing I'll be doing in 2008 is going to a funeral. It saddens me. Even though I haven't seen him in a long while, he was a sweet boy. He had MS and struggled his whole life, but he was always so gentle of spirit and kind of heart. I hope that he finds rest now.

We just played Dungeons and Dragons for a few hours. My son is enjoying the game. I'm enjoyed the time spent with my family. Now we're going to watch movies to bring in the new year. We're letting my son stay up until midnight. It remains to be seen if he will make it to the final hour of the new year.
The last book of the year. Cosmic Puppets by Philip K Dick. Great book. He was a great writer.
