Been awhile but a lot has happened
Well I know it has been awhile since the last post but between the holidays and other stuff happening that you will soon read about you will understand why.
So where I left off I don't remember and I am too lazy to read it again. But to pick up with the week of Christmas...
Monday the 19th: I was talking to Ryan on the phone and we just was chatting a little bit about the fact that Elliott took him to meet the folks. I asked him how it went and he said not all that good. I figured as much I didn't expect Elliott to even introduce him to his parents for a very long time. I mean these people didn't like me that much, I couldnt imagine what they would think of Ryan. I never thought of Ryan as less then me but an equal, but Elliott's parents I could tell always thought of me as not good enough for him... and Ryan is just well Ryan, he has his own personality. Well I got done talking to him and I remembered a friend of Elliott and I's was telling me she was supposed to be meeting with Elliott so I thought I would call her and tell her what was up. Well Elliott had litterally just hung up with her when I called. He told her he got busy with stuff and getting some blood work done and all. I told her that he also had taken Ryan up to meet the folks... We had a good laugh at that.. cause she knows his parents, met a couple times and also through Elliott and I talking about them. Well from this I decided hmmm... I never did tell Ryan I went in and got myself tested for all the STDs and came out negative so I texted him. So he texted back say that Elliott had just done that and had to wait two weeks for results (I did rapid results on the HIV). Ryan also said he wanted to go in and get tested but didn't know where. So I told him where I went and he asked if I would go. I of course being a nice guy said sure. Told him to call first thing Tuesday and get an apointment and let me know so I can request the day off work.
Tuesday the 20th: As I was getting myself awake and ready for work at 1pm, he called and told me that he couldn't get into the place I went here in Muncie and called a place and got an apointment at 3pm in Indy. I told him I worked and he knew and said he understood that I couldn't go but he wanted to ask Georgette (G) if she would go with him. I handed her the phone and imediatly had the feeling that I had to go too. As G was talking to him on my cell phone I called from the house phone to see if I really was needed at work. I was not so I called off. I told G tell him I will be going too. Ryan got to my place about 1ish and we left on our adventure to Indy. We actually had a good time, did lunch first on the way and then made it to his apointment. We had laughs and all in the waiting room waiting for them to call Ryan back. Then he went back and had the tests done and he opted to do the quick response on the HIV as well so we had to wait for 20 minutes for the results so we joked around in the waiting room till the came and got Ryan again. After waiting together for about 30 minutes G and I were getting nervous. I said to her, well if anything is wrong they would most definatly probably come and get her... I mean I am the ex. Well I was wrong, they came out and called for me... I walked into the room and knew right then, Ryan was sitting there crying with his head in his hand. And for those that know me, I went paternal, threw my coat on the closest chair and just held him. The nurses explained they did two tests and both were positive results. After he and I were in there for about 20 minutes I had them get G to come into the room, and she knew right then too. They of course had to do the full blood test on him with results to be gotten on January 3rd. So we came home, and I told Ryan he could stay with me until Elliott returned from Flordia with his family the next Thursday (29th). As they talk every night Ryan told Elliott that they couldn't do the rapid test as I advised him not to ruin his trip with the family. He did so but felt bad for not telling him the whole truth.
Wednesday the 21st: I had to work of course and so Ryan took G to get some items from his parents, and he told his mom the prelim results. She took it as well I figured it would happen. Ryan wasn't phased too much by this but kinda was uneasy about the words. Then they returned to my place. When I got home Ryan told me he thinks he needs to tell Elliott when they talk tonight. I told him it was his decision. So I of course working two jobs had to leave yet again. I got home and Ryan told me he told Elliott and said Elliott actually took it well. So we all just sat and watched movies until time to go to bed.
Thursday the 22nd: Of course I have to work the first job but not the second thank goodness!!! So I leave to go to work but G left early in the morning to go visit with friends up in Fort Wayne. That left Ryan and I together, talking about a lot past, thoughts and all that. Well then of course old feelings came back and we fooled around :( but it was a natural, comfortable thing. As we sat watching tv Ryan's mom called him to let him know that his dad was selected to be on Hoosier Millioniare and would be taping on the 29th. Excitment!! YIPPY! moving on... When it got late he and I went to bed, still waiting for G to get home. Well she didn't get home until like 3 or 4 am, so she stayed up and waited for her mom to come and get her and that was at like 8am.
Friday the 23rd: Mom is coming today from Michigan today... oh joy... LOL I had to go and clean really quick so I did that and Ryan helped get things cleaned and got the air mattress blownen up so we could sleep on that. So I got home from work just in time to help finish all the cleaning and then my mom showed up. So we all sat around watching movies and all, then we decided that we would go rent a movie, we rented War of the Worlds and watched that. Then we went to bed, I gave my mom my bed to sleep on and Ryan and I slept on the air mattress, and yes you guessed it fooled around again (and for further reference we did a lot of fooling so I won't tell each time :) ).
Saturday the 24th: Ryan left kinda early cause he had to go home to do a family dinner. My dad came down and showed up around 230 or 3 and my mom and I had dinner pretty well ready with just time needing to get it done. My dad brought my fouton down that my mom gave me a year earlier, so we got that put together as my mom got dinner finished all up. After dinner we sat and talked and openned gifts. My mom left as her and my dad don't get along right now and so they thought it better to stay different nights. After my mom left I told my dad the situation with Ryan and that he is staying with me for a little while. My dad seemed fine about it and Ryan showed up about an hour or so later. We all sat and watched a movie and then remembering we had to return the one from the night before my dad drove us there. He decided he needed more beer so we went around Muncie looking for a place open, and believe it or not there was like only a couple gas stations open. Thank god they had it, so he was happy and we all went home and threw in a movie 12 monkeys. I told my dad that Ryan asked if I would go to his family breakfast for Christmas and my dad said that is fine.
Sunday the 25th: So we go up early and left for that... Not expecting to stay long but we did stay until like 1 or something. My dad was undecided if he was staying or leaving but when we returned he said he was going to go ahead and leave. So we said our goodbyes. Ryan and I got to spend the entire day there without leaving (of course in Muncie everything is closed). We had a really good time spending the day watching movies and cuddling on the fouton.
Monday the 26 and Tuesday the 27th: Both days were similar and boring pretty much, enjoyed waking up next to Ryan, and then had to work both jobs. Came home to Ryan and that was nice too. Not sure which of the days but my dad called when I was at the card shop working so I called him back on a break. He wanted to tell me that he left Sunday cause of Ryan, he is upset that when he showed up he ended up taking a back seat position as I gave my attention to Ryan. I didn't realize I did that but I can believe it. He also expressed his concerns thinking that Ryan is using me and that is it until Elliott comes home. Well I knew where my dad was coming from and I did shield myself from letting the feeling of being used come in cause I knew I was jsut there until Elliott returned.
Wednesday the 28th: I had to work both jobs of course but today was the last day to be with Ryan, I got home from first work and we ate dinner and just layed down and cuddled for a couple hours before I had to leave for second work and Ryan left to go home as he was getting up early to go to the taping of Hoosier Millioniare. We said our goodbyes with tears in our eyes.
Thursday the 29th: Went to first work but took the night off from second work, decided I would stop working on Thursday nights cleaning as they don't need me then. Ryan called and elliott asked him to call me and see if I would meet them for IHOP to talk. I agreed. Ryan freaked out cause he didn't want Elliott to find out about the fooling around. Met with the bois and everything was going fine until it was pretty much time to go, and Elliott took off his rings and i noticed that he was wearing one of ryans. I got a bit jealous and said well I am going to go. So I left said good bye and everything.
Friday the 30th: Went and got my hair cut, then cleanned and got home. I did go on a date with a guy named Dennis, had a good time, he is nice but just wasn't anything there. I know we could be friends, but I don't think we can do the whole dating thing. Part of it was because of me... I am not ready to move on yet I don't think.
Saturday the 31st: G comes back!!! We had convinced a friend of ours from Fort Wayne, Adam, to come down and spend the holiday with us, so he got down here... of course was supposed to call and wake my ass up but didn't till he was like 10 minutes from my house. So he got here around 2-230ish, and G I thought was going to be here around 3ish. Well at about 5-530 we decided we would go and get some munchies and liquor for the night. We got home and G was here!!! I ran in to find she was in the bathroom. So I was bummed I couldn't run into her boobs again. (sorry you would have to know us to know what htat means). We caught up before starting to drink... told her I fooled around with Ryan she kicked me, but I am ok. :) Well needless to say David was drunk for the first time. passed out for a few minutes and then woke up and went to bed... G got sick... and while she was doing that I made a drunk call to Elliott. Yeah thank goodness I was a bit poised, and I guess I texted him and Ryan called me to be exact. I had Ryan give Elliott the phone, and I just kept telling Elliott to be careful, be smart, do research on your partner... don't ask what I meant... I was drunk. :)
Sunday the 1st: HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Yeah we were all hung over, didn't get out of bed till 2p when Ryan called me to talk, I told him I couldnt. He was a little pissed that I wouldn't talk and then he let me know he freaked and told Elliott everything. G and I stumbled down the stairs and Adam was waking up on the fouton so we all sat there comatosed for a bit. Then we decided to watch a movie, and I fell asleep and Ryan called again, Adam answered my cell phone and told Ryan I wasn't available after asking me if I was... LOL but Ryan understood. Elliott and Ryan wanted to meet I said no. finally 6pm rolled around and we all went and got ready and went to Texas Roadhouse... cute waiter!!! Anyways food was good we came back and crashed.
Monday the 2nd: God almost done thank goodness!!! Well, went to work, boring day at both jobs went home not a lot of excitement so this day is short. :) But G and I did agree no more letting Adam mix our drinks unless we want to be drunk quick!!
Tuesday the 3rd: Final Results!!! Met at Ryans at 2 and waited for Elliott. I have to stop there, there is conversations there that I can't post until I sit down with G and talk. I have not told her everything and her being my best friend should hear it all first hand not after reading this.
