I have NEVER seen so many people go so completely batshit bananas over steak. We were serving steak and potatoes at the Bistro tonight, and from about 5:30 until closing (at 7)there was a never-ending line of people snaking through half of the DC. Well, I've finally got my hours for work set up (at least for this week). It may change from week to week depending on when they need me, but I think I'm pretty much going to be working fridays and weekends, as that's the easiest thing to schedule with me.
