Steak is just not that cool.
I have NEVER seen so many people go so completely batshit bananas over steak. We were serving steak and potatoes at the Bistro tonight, and from about 5:30 until closing (at 7)there was a never-ending line of people snaking through half of the DC. I have no idea why people would wait in a line that long; it's not like all the other stations were serving bad food. Maybe it's just because steak is such an unusual menu item for the DC.
