Something totally unrelated to the fanfiction: I was in the library's cooking book section the other day and I now realize that I can't see the word "pasta" without thinking of Axis Powers: Hetalia. >_>
But the good news is that I'm starting to cook more. Which is good, because it's fun. :D
Part 11:
Author's notes: This chapter took quite a bit of outlining to complete, mostly because I couldn't remember who I had introduced and who I hadn't yet. For example, I had a huge entrance planned for Mech, but then I looked back only to find out I mindlessly added him on when I added Jim and Hana. D: I feel so terrible now. Hopefully I can find a good part for him to play so he won't be completely tossed to the side like that. XD;
After this chapter, I will only have four more characters to introduce (unless more keep dropping on my doorstep) .
I thought about introducing who exactly UC is talking to on the phone in this chapter, but I think I'll save it for next time. Hopefully, it won't affect the pacing much.
Without further ado, here it is. Comments are welcomed as always.
After the monitor disappeared, there was a dead silence for three quick seconds; then, the room went crazy.
Most of the members were on their feet, shouting across the table and at Ark. The words flying around the room were so jumbled together that it was hard to make out exactly what each person was saying. Some seemed to not believe that Moon's threat was real, while others did, but didn't think that Rushia, Goldy, and Corrie giving over their IP numbers would help anything, and a selected few people remained silent. One of these silent people was UC, who had, a few minutes before this commotion, asked Lucky for the use of her cell phone.
"Shut up!" Ark's voice broke through the chaos and the room went silent again.
"Thank you." Ark took a deep breath, "Now, we all need to calm down and think this through."
"What is there to think through?" Mina was leaning across the table, her eyes on fire, "We can't let them push us around like this. There's not way you are seriously thinking about giving him the IPs."
"While I'm not one to just give up, Jaden's life may be at stake. I don't know how many chances we can afford to take." Goldy had her eyes narrowed as she spoke.
"In all technicality, it's either one casuality or four. I'd rather go with the first choice, if you ask me." Eric put in.
"Don't underestimate our abilities; we won't die that easily." Corrie placed her hands on the table.
"And I think Goldy has a point." Rushia was leaning back in her chair, "Even if we do refuse to give Moon our IPs and he kills Jaden, what makes you think he will stop at that. He can find others and kill them too."
"The whole thing is still fishy, if you ask me." Roy spoke up for the first time and all eyes went to him, "Something about Moon's message is not lining up. He can't be the one in charge of this whole operation, there's got to be someone pulling the strings, which is why it's important for all of us to keep our guard up and not make any unnecessary choices."
"We have 1 minute and 30 seconds to decide, though." Ark tapped his fingers against the table, "What's it going to be?"
The whole room focused on Goldy, Rushia, and Corrie.
Rushia sighed, "Well, we won't find anything out standing here..."
"It's our job to protect the alliance as Class 1 members..." Goldy added calmly.
"And you had all better not give up on us!" Corrie finished, "So," she turned to Ark, "send them."
No one dared talk after seeing the stern and serious looks on the three women's faces as Ark typed a few things into the keyboard.
After he finished, everyone looked around.
"So, how long do you think it will-" Goldy started, but never finished because she, Rushia, and Corrie instantly vanished.

"Now, calm down Jon. And stop waving that grenade around; please." Nate was frozen in place, as were Pere and Tali.
"Relax, Nate!" Jon answered, waving his grenade filled hand around casually, "I have it all under control. All you have to do is be good little boys and girl and come back with me to my van."
"Did he just say his van?" Pere's eyes widened, "That's it, I want out of this story!"
"Hey, guys, look! He has a funny ear piece on." Tali pointed out, rather randomly.
"Oh this? Nice, isn't it? My master gave it to me" Jon smiled, creepily, "And, you girl, worry too much."
"And you don't worry enough." a new voice spoke up from the darkness.
Nate, Pere, and Tali looked in suprise as a shadow of a figure could be seen further down the tunnel, pointing a rather large gun directly at Jon.
"Now," the voice spoke again, "you could put the pin back in that grenade and surrender quietly, or I can incinerate both you and the grenade with his puppy." the figure patted the gun they were holding.
"Wait, that voice..." Jon started.
"Nette!" Nate shouted, relieved.
"ShiroiHikari!" Pere and Tali both exclaimed.
"But really," Jon cleared his throat, trying to keep his cool, "isn't pulling a gun on me against your alliance's rules?" Jon smiled.
"Well, I admit Ashley does support the no killing view, even to trolls, but doing away with you may be worth getting thrown out of alliance, I think." Nette answered sweetly, "Besides, it's not like there will be any evidence left over after I'm finished."
Jon gulped, quickly pull something out of his pocket with his free hand, and teleported away in the blink of an eye.
"That's it?" Nate sighed with disappointment and looked at Nette, "No epic battle, no resistance, not much of anything really. I expected more from at least you, Nette."
Nette propped the gun on her shoulder and raised an eyebrow, "Whatever. Just be lucky you didn't get blown to bits. Besides, all trolls are cowards when faced with death, even when they do have those funny ear pieces."
"What do you mean, what do those ear pieces do?" Tali asked.
"I'll have to explain it all later, Taliesin, but for now, we have to get going." Nette looked at Nate, "We don't have much time."

There was a loud humming noise in the room when Goldy, Rushia, and Corrie woke up. The teleport had apparently knocked them unconscious, because they didn't remember being tied up like they were now. They all blinked their eyes several times, trying to get a good look at the room around them.
Each of them had their arms and legs tied to three lined up metal columns. These metal columns were in the midst of many others in a large warehouse like room. The ceiling was high and the lights were dimmed down so that Goldy, Rushia, and Corrie could barely see more than ten feet in front of them.
"Greetings!" a voice echoed through the room and the lights came on to full, almost blinding, brightness.
The voice was easily recognized as MoonRockDragon and when Goldy, Rushia, and Corrie's eyes became adjusted to the light, they finally saw him. He was a bit older that he had been since they last saw him (he was 15 or 16 now) and he was wearing black leather pants and a black leather jacket. Moon was standing triumphantly on a large platform with a huge red curtain hanging behind him which stretched across the whole length of the room. Below the platform, Oro and Luneth were playing a Yu-gi-oh card game on the floor.
"It's so nice to see you three again." Moon continued. "Even though this will be our last meeting since you won't be leaving this place alive."
"Perhaps you forget that we have more people on our side than you do." Rushia replied, nodding toward Luneth and Oro, "You seem so certain that we can't escape; typical troll." she rolled her eyes.
"Don't call me that!" Moon gave a sarcastic sound of hurt in his voice, "I'm not a troll, I'm a justice defender. You treated us unfairly," he motioned down to Luneth and Oro, who were still playing their game, "and now it's time to return the favor. Oh, and I know for sure you won't escape. This secret base is built with five stratigically placed entrances, but each entrance has a sequence of booby traps that only I know how to get through safely. Plus, by the time your pitiful friends even find this place, they will be infected with the serious disease." Moon's eyes brightened at these words.
"The what now?" Goldy stared at Moon in disbelief.
"Nevermind that." Corrie interrupted, with a small smirk on her face, "If your in charge of everything here as you say, then why is it that you have an earpiece on as well?"
Sure enough, Moon did have an earpiece, much like the ones Oro and Luneth had.
"Well, I, uh..." Moon stuttered, "Hey! What's that in your pocket?" he pointed at Corrie, "I thought I told you two to search them!" he shouted down at Luneth and Oro. The two still seemed very preoccupied with their game.
"Fine, I'll do it myself!" Moon replied in a cranky tone as he leapt off the platform and came towards the three tied up women. He then took out the something that was in Corrie's pocket which turned out to be a cell phone, which was in the midst of a call with a unknown number. Rage filled Moon's eyes and he threw the phone on the ground and started stomping on it.
"It's too late, Moon, they know where we are and they will come get us." Corrie replied, with an "XD" expression on her face.

There was a loud crunching noise on the end of Ark's speaker phone, then the line went dead. Everyone around the table was silent.
To recap, before Goldy, Rushia, and Corrie were teleported, Corrie called Ark's cell phone with the hope that the teleport would not short circuit the signal. It didn't. And now Ark and the rest of the alliance members around the war room table knew exactly where Moon's base was and what his plans were.
"Okay, we need a plan!" Ark started, "We're going to divide into five teams and then-" he was interrupted by Lucky's cell phone.
"Oh, sorry, that's for me." UC apologized and took the phone from Lucky.
"As I was saying..." Ark continued as he was writing something down on a piece of paper, "We will divide into five teams and each team will take an entrance to this base. And each team will get a GPS, so they will know where they are going." Ark finished writing on the paper and shoved it towards the middle of the table, "These are the teams, if you don't like them, tough, we're on a rescue mission, not a field trip, kids. Now, get to the weapons closet and suit up, there's no time to waste."
UC finished his call as everyone was filing out of the room towards the weapons closet and he glanced at the teams list. It was laid out as follows:
Group 1: UC, Lucky, and Hana.
Group 2: Anony and Mina.
Group 3: Fish, Phil, and Mech.
Group 4: Eric, Mr. Rogers, and Peanut.
Group 5: Ark, Jamie, and Roy.
UC gave a small smile and pull his broken sword out of its sheath. He'd have to get a new one before they left.
