A couple teenage boys had called it in. They were in the park getting stoned when they saw the body and got freaked out. Once the body was transferred to the New York City morgue it was easy enough to identify it. In relation to this Billy swiped the paper from the front desk like he usually did; he liked to read and although the newspaper was a challenge for him, he liked to try and read it anyway.
