At the stroke of midnight on October 31st, the dead will return to Tyrol. This will be the Ghost Event, also known as Dominic-For-A-Day. It will last all of October 31st and November 1st; this is what it entails:
Ghosts. The only ground rule is that they cannot interact with the physical world, meaning that they can't physically harm anyone, push shit over, slam doors, etc. They can speak with the living, walk around, but will have the standard hand-goes-through-anything-it-touches defect.
NPC Ghosts
These will be wandering the city day and night for the two days of the event. They can be as calm or as wild as you'd like them to be, and in any state you'd like them to be (missing heads or totally whole, etc).
If your character has a dead family member, friend, etc, feel free to solo log that shit or just mention they're hanging around.
PC Ghosts
Anyone with dead characters can also bring them back for the duration of the event. The same rules apply for PC ghosts as for NPC ones; it's up to players what state they'd like their character to come back in, whether they've seen an afterlife, been chilling on earth but invisible, etc.
All the ghosts will fade out on the stroke of midnight on November 2nd. Have fun!
