Interesting Weekend
So, the hockey Gods like me but the baseball Gods don't. The Isles were awesome this week, in all of April actually. They got help from the Rangers, Maple Leafs & Canadiens. They surprised everyone and beat the Devils today to get into the playoffs. The games at the Coliseum are next Monday & Wednesday. I was going to take Flash on those days. I guess I'll take Dreamweaver on Tuesdays & Thursdays then. Watch the Isles make it to round 2 and have games on Tuesdays & Thurdays.
Anyway. I had bought tickets to the Mets home opener tomorrow. But now I have jury duty. They actually called my number. You don't know how pissed I am. To go from ecstatic to depressed in seconds. I filled out that stupid questionnaire back in August and they waited until the effin home opener to call me. Typical. At least I still get a day off work, sorta.
