Now...anything could still happen, I know. The deal on sis' house could fall through (it looks like the lady will be getting financing, though, since the appraiser is coming tomorrow). And it's possible that either inspection might turn up something unexpected. BUT...
Sis got the house we like :) They accepted the price she offered and the conditions, and didn't add any of their own. Best outcome, so far.
I'm going to make her Fettucine Alfredo tomorrow. (She loves pasta.) Better make sure I have all the ingredients!
