[Haruhi is lying, unconcious, in a hospital bed at Princeton Plainsboro. She has a oxygen machine covering her mouth and nose and there is an IV drip in her left arm. According to the all the machines she's hooked up to, her fever has dropped significantly, but she still hasn't woken up yet.]

[Haruhi is in a park in the middle of Chiswick, sitting under a prominantly large tree. She doesn't seem to notice or care how hard it's raining and that she's soaked to the bone, she just keeps her arms wrapped tightly around her knees. Papa doesn't even notice I'm here when I try to talk to him, even if I grab his hand or yell at him. He just keeps singing.
