So I had to go to the grocery store earlier today, and I thought that it'd be cool to maybe meet up with Kris today at the Waffle House on the way, but he had people over and said he'd call back if he could go later. At about 3:30, I called to see if he knew an approximate time as to when he'd be free, but I got the machine, so I decided to go ahead to the grocery store. Then I could hurry back and eat something. I got back from the grocery store, and I had most of the bags in my hands and headed to the front door when I slipped and fell face-down, knee directly on the steps and elbow on the porch. I didn't move for a bit. The dogs were barking, and Phillip came outside, and I told him to grab the groceries and get Mama, to tell her that I landed on my knee. She had me try to walk on it, and I could, so that was good. So I didn't break anything. I scratched up my elbow, and I'm probably going to get a bruise on my knee and my thigh from where I had my keys and my cell phone in my pocket. So I had an exciting day.
