If you want to attach shoulder straps to the warbelt, but belt has no D-rings, you just weave strap as shown and connect it directly to PALs on a pouch (presumably heavy, filled with ammo). . . .

Suitable for micro rigs and placards, this harness use 4-point attachment instead of 6-point. So there are two straps. One is less reliable, two are more reliable. Currently doing nothing but playing around some weird deviant concepts of loadouts. To make and old-school ammunition belt with modern modular pieces of gear.
